Lisa Harewood, RMT, has over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She loves to help people achieve physical and mental wellness through the vehicle of Massage therapy. Seeing improvements in her clients' well-being brings Lisa great joy! Lisa has serviced clients in Markham, Durham region, Peel and the GTA. She has worked with variety of clients with conditions such as MS, TMJ and Fibromalagia, or any acute and chronic injuries such as sports related injuries and recoveries, back/neck pain, arthritis pain, fractures, sciatica, carpal tunnel etc...

The first time I met Lisa within 5 minutes she cured my shoulder pain, simple right? Well I had lived with the pain for over a decade as doctors said it was arthritis and nothing could be done. I went back to visit Lisa with constant back pain six months later. I had already tried chiropractors, pain and back specialists and even a couple of physiotherapists as well as several massage therapist. Nothing seemed to help. The only thing the professionals agreed with was that my muscles were tight. I had physio routines that were painful. They included strength training and stretches and each treatment caused more pain after treatment and never have relief.

I was involved in an unexpected car accident a couple years ago that resulted in serious injuries including chronic neck pain and also lower back pain. I seek out regular message therapy treatment in order to find relief from the constant and intense pain that I feel and to make everyday living a little more functional. I was experiencing frequent tension headaches for quite some time. I was feeling pain from around my right shoulder up to my neck and to the right side of my head resulting in frequent headaches almost daily. It eventually got worse. The pain became unbearable. Lisa discovered that I had a lot of knots and worked through it. After the first session with Lisa, I felt as though a ton of bricks were lifted off my shoulders. I had no idea how constricted I was. It has been 3 weeks now since my first treatment, I have not had a headache since. I highly recommend Lisa. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Lisa Harewood, RMT! The therapeutic massage that I have been receiving is so beneficial!
